On January 30, 2024, Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on "Key Points and Example Cases of Collusion" at the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, located in Jung-gu, Seoul to business that have violated the relevant laws.

Attorney Baek introduced the current trends of the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) along with the key points of collusion, KFTC's leniency program, and major example cases of collusion. He also provided an easy-to-understand explanation on how to prevent collusion and related issues to be aware of.

The lecture was held in response to the KFTC's order to conduct a training program for businesses that have the violated relevant laws in connection with the case on the unreasonable collusion of 10 carbon steel wire manufacturers and sellers.
