On January 13, 2024, Attorney Son Heung-Soo gave a three-hour lecture for the Advanced Legal Drafting Program organized by the Korea Association of Beommusa Lawyers for its members. His lecture was on “Lawsuits under Enforcement Laws (Appeals from Claim, Third-Party Appeals).” The lecture was given in the following order: Introduction, Appeals from Enforcement Orders, Appeals from Illegal Enforcement (Procedural Defects), and Appeals from Unreasonable Enforcement (Substantive Defects, Appeals from Claims, Third-Party Appeals).

Approximately 140 Beommusa attorneys from around the country attended the lecture, which will be made available online to the Association's members. Attorney Son previously gave a lecture on "Auction Procedures and Appeals" for the Association's Real Estate Auction and Foreclosure Legal Specialist Online Course on March 24, 2023, and this lecture is an extension of the aforementioned online lecture.

Attorney Son Heung-Soo is the co-author of Practice in Real Estate Auction I, II (Korean Institute of Judicial Administration, 2017), Compendium on Court Practice - Civil Execution and Annotated Civil Execution Act (National Court Administration, 2014), Annotated Civil Execution Act, Third Edition (Korean Institute of Judicial Administration, 2012), and he continues to give lectures on the theories and practice concerning real estate auctions and enforcement of claims at the Korea University Graduate School Department of Law (Department of Civil Procedural Law), Korean Bar Association and other related organizations.
