Hijoung Oh is specialized in corporate legal affairs, providing clients with legal advisory services in the fields of business acquisitions and mergers, cross-border investment, development and operation of luxury hotels and shopping malls, international litigation, entertainment, and sports. She has abundant experience of advising clients on matters of mergers and acquisitions, fair trade, cross-border investment and asset management, distributors' real estate development and operations projects and international dispute resolution, especially in relation to ASEAN member countries, India and Hong Kong. In addition, she has acted for prominent foreign businesses and individual investors with regard to cross-border investment and the composition and management of asset portfolio, and has led them to success. Since 2016, she has been residing in Singapore and has been providing efficient services to clients through collaboration with local law firms and experts based on deep bond and trust with them. In particular, as a representative of the newly established Singapore representative office, she will provide a close and differentiated service.
