Attorney Jo Eun-ju is a partner of the Corporate Law Group at Barun Law LLC, providing legal counsel to both domestic and foreign companies. She has extensive expertise in labor law and corporate M&A, offering practical and efficient legal solutions to clients.

She specializes in employment-related legal issues in M&A transactions, including succession of labor relations, in-house subcontracting inspections, and disputes. She is also highly experienced in HR compliance post-M&A, workplace harassment investigations, whistleblower cases, disciplinary action, and corporate compliance.

Ms. Jo earned her LL.M. from U.C. Berkeley Law School and holds a New York State Bar license. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Labor Law at Korea University, actively contributing to academic research.
