징벌위원회는 <형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률>에 따라 설치되어 구치소 내 징벌대상 수용자의 징벌 여부 및 수위를 결정하는 기구입니다.
수원구치소의 징벌위원회는 매주 1회 개최되며, 김민수 변호사는 2년간 수원구치소 징벌위원회의 외부위원으로 활동하게 됩니다.

Attorney Min Soo Kim has been appointed as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of Suwon Detention Center on October 25, 2018.
The Disciplinary Committee is a group that has been set in accordance with the Administration and Treatment of Correctional Institution Inmates Act to determine whether to impose any punishment against any persons placed in the detention center and to determine the degree of such punishment.
The meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of Suwon Detention Center is held once every week. Attorney Kim will be serving as member for the next two years
