Attorney Choi Jin-hyuk is an IT specialist registered as an IT expert lawyer with the Korean Bar Association.

Mr. Choi majored in Computer Science at KAIST and obtained his master's degree in 1999. He subsequently worked for over 10 years as a software developer at IT companies, including SK Telecom and NHN.
